License Agreement

1. Grant of License

1.1 Commercial License

Upon purchase, Wawa Sensei grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the Chatbot Kit templates and source code with the following permissions:

• Develop unlimited projects for personal or commercial purposes
• Create and deploy web applications, mobile apps, or desktop software
• Build Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products and charge customers
• Modify, customize, and extend the codebase to fit your needs
• Use the included 3D assets, animations, and design elements

2. Restrictions

You are prohibited from:

• Selling, redistributing, or sharing the original Chatbot Kit source code as a competing product
• Creating derivative templates or boilerplates for commercial distribution
• Removing or modifying copyright notices, attribution, or proprietary markings
• Transferring, sublicensing, or assigning your license to third parties
• Using the Product for illegal activities or in violation of applicable laws
• Reverse engineering the Product for the purpose of creating competing solutions

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Wawa Sensei maintains full ownership of the Chatbot Kit templates, source code, documentation, and associated intellectual property. Your purchase grants usage rights as specified in this agreement, but does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you.

4. Warranty and Disclaimer

Important: The Chatbot Kit templates and source code are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make no guarantees about the Product's performance, reliability, or suitability for your specific use case.

5. Limitation of Liability

Liability Limits: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wawa Sensei will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Chatbot Kit Product. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims related to the Product will not exceed the amount you paid for the license.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This license agreement is governed by Japanese law. Any disputes or legal matters arising from this agreement will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tokyo, Japan. If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

7. Entire Agreement

This license agreement represents the complete understanding between you and Wawa Sensei regarding the Chatbot Kit Product and supersedes any previous agreements, communications, or understandings related to this subject matter. Any modifications to this agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
